As a Lead Product Manager, you will:
- Have day-to-day responsibility for developing the product experience of customers and partners using our platform
- Work directly with our sales, success, and marketing teams to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Triage issues and feedback with our engineering team to ensure customer and partner expectations are met in a timely and realistic timeframe
- Communicate closely with our partners, stakeholders and customers to understand how to best maximize business value through our product
- Define and regularly monitor success metrics and other analytics to help drive product strategy
- Build features with and without a designer from scratch, including the conceptual work, sketching, and wire-framing
- Work closely with our engineering team to shepherd work to completion and further iteration based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Have an good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Work well with teams and are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and are a highly productive problem-solver, both data-driven and creative
- Customer focused and thrive on feedback from users
- Comfortable with tools such as GitHub, Jira, G Suite, Jenkins, Grafana
Desired
- Comfortable in a start-up environment
- Experience with usability testing and human computer interaction
- Experience with reporting and data visualization
- Experience working on an Agile team
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and an understanding of cloud database security, given our business focus (not required, but nice-to-have)
