To facilitate the dynamic expansion of our team, we are looking for an Affiliate Campaigns Specialist. In this role, you will support the affiliate and sales teams (both in-house and external) in preparation of sales campaigns - display ads, email campaigns, etc. This role reports to the Affiliate Program Manager. 

The ideal candidate:
  • Has a great eye for visuals such as image selection, advertisement  banners, and email campaigns
  • Can create spec requirements for graphic designers and copywriters, provide guidelines and constructive feedback 
  • Has the ability to write compelling copy, incl. cold outreach emails 
  • Can edit and proofread other people’s copy
  • Know what is needed to create high-converting sales copy 
  • Is organized, can create and maintain a well-structured library of assets 
  • Is curious and infatuated about digital marketing, affiliate marketing and social media 
  • Loves working as part of the team
  • Has 2+ years experience in digital marketing

Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare content for weekly newsletters for affiliates: you will need to select a course or group of courses from our portfolio, build a pricing offer around them, prepare all assets and finally create copy for the short newsletter
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and execute campaigns arranged by affiliate managers: on receipt of campaign requirements, you will research the partner where the campaign will be running to understand the audience profile and spec requirements for the design and copy to ensure maximum sales conversion from each campaign 
  • Oversee the distribution and implementation of marketing tools and creative sales assets to publishers
  • Devise branding, marketing, and messaging strategies to help affiliates improve their user acquisition and retention efforts
  • Work with an in-house designer and copywriter to prepare assets for the campaigns. Campaigns can range from simple banners with a 1-day turnaround time to sophisticated email campaigns sent to millions of users 
  • Provide ongoing feedback and creative guidelines to designers and copywriters
  • Select images and videos from photography stock banks 
  • Create and maintain a library of all assets used for promotion ensuring correct access levels for multiple stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with design and copy trends, and digital/affiliate advertisements
  • Improve copy and images used on our course landing pages 
  • Assist in other content/sales projects as required 

Requirements: 
  • Must be available to work 8hrs a day Monday to Friday - with starting time between 7 and 9am UK time
  • Minimum 2+ years’ digital marketing experience
  • Creative, curious and ambitious
  • Impeccable communication skills 
  • Passionate about driving sales
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Native English speakers preferred due to editing and proofreading tasks
  • Not essential but an advantage would be affiliate marketing experience with affiliate networks (Webgains, Awin, FlexOffers, Impact Radius)
