Currently, we are seeking a digital marketing expert to scale our inbound demand generation, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.

Our industry is full of noise created by thousands of low-key outsourcing providers, which creates a unique marketing challenge, so we're looking for a creative marketer who can leverage data to build a strong signal that cuts through this noise and help us establish global thought leadership in our market niche. You will manage our digital marketing budget and prioritize the highest impact per dollar/time spent. You will need to devise and implement the acquisition strategy that will allow the company to triple its MQL generated volume before the end of the year.

We are a team of 23 and growing fast; remote-first, with HQ in Mountain View, California, and an office hub in Lviv, Ukraine. We're small enough that you'll have to get your hands dirty, but growing quickly enough that you need to be comfortable delegating and growing a team.

Experience working in tech recruitment / IT outsourcing or a b2b startup company is a 'plus'. If you have both - we want to meet you immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing budget to grow MQL + Revenue while decreasing CAC;
  • Develop, test, and implement inbound lead generation strategy with focus on SEO/SEM;
  • Work closely with outbound marketing and product leaders to align on content strategy and the progress of strategic initiatives;
  • Coordinate PR efforts to integrate earned media strategy with rest of marketing;
  • Ensure team develops and manages living checklists for repeated activities to prevent the repetition of errors;
  • Ensure clear communication between org silos for cross-functional marketing initiatives;
  • Leverage sophisticated data analytics software to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.

Experience and competence:

SEO, SEM (Google Adwords, etc.), link building, outreach, guest posting, keyword research, Google Analytics, content marketing, public/media relations.

Location: Lviv, Ukraine or remote, with a designated workplace in our Mountain View HQ.
