About this role

The Product & Engineering team is responsible for designing and developing an easy-to-use product that enables finance teams around the country to effectively manage all of their debt and lease obligations.


Key responsibilities

• You will discover problems and challenges experienced by our clients to help us most effectively deliver a product experience and feature set that meets them with value 

• You will work with internal partners to translate industry expertise and experience into the product experience to deliver impact - not just features

• You will shape and manage a product roadmap to reflect our priorities and plans

• You will establish product requirements, goals, KPIs, and milestones and work with multiple teams across the organization

• You will partner with our Engineering, Design, Client Operations, Marketing, and other internal partners to create impactful work and shape strategies and plans

• You will produce support documentation and occasionally spend time engaging with users in a support capacity to stay close to the actual experience we’re delivering

• You will craft announcements and release notes around all product updates to keep internal teams and users informed to drive adoption

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience


Preferred qualifications

• B2B or experience with financial services

• Creative product thinker with the ability to partner closely with design and development to create simple and delightful experiences, even in the face of complex constraints and requirements

• Experience shipping products with broad reach and measurable impact

• Can strike a healthy balance between speed of execution and maintaining a high-quality bar

• Experience building product roadmaps, documenting requirements, writing support documentation, communicating feature benefits and value, experience delegating, and can take on management responsibilities as needed

• Have a high level of comfort working with ambiguous goals and the ability to work on projects that range from immature or emergent to larger, more established efforts

• Outcome-driven with the ability to establish KPIs and explain how they can be met with a plan and reinforced with perspectives informed by data or observation
